Happy Friday, dear readers! I hope you have had a wonderful week and have fun weekend plans to look forward to! Today's blog post ends my week of Mommy & Me decals and stencils from You Polish. I have really enjoyed playing with these vinyls this week, and I have been embracing my younger, girly side!
The final sheet features cupcakes, butterflies, and straight lines. Check out what I did with them!
I feel super girly with this mani! As much as I love to eat cupcakes, I'm not really one to wear them on my nails, haha! I'm not a big butterfly fan either, but that's just my personal taste and no reflection on these decals. They are really cute and definitely perfect for little ladies and those of you that really love them!
I think my favorite part about this particular sheet is the different styles of butterflies. Even though these sheets come in one colour (of your choosing, of course), the different shapes of the wings is a great touch so you feel like you have an assortment of butterflies on your nails.
As a silhouette, the cupcakes may take some people a second to recognize. They're pretty obvious when you really look at your nails, but at a passing glance, they aren't as easy to identify. I used the three different cupcake sizes in a nice little row on my pinky finger so you can see the different size options. I also used the lines as stencils to create this cute striped background.
Nail Polishes Used:
Cupcake Polish (OF COURSE): Koralie (Color4Nails Exclusive)
Doctor Lacquer: Hinalea Lauwili, Kumu, Lau Wiliwili, Omilu
