LynBDesigns: The Hallows Mini Collection

Happy Monday, dear readers! I hope you are having a great start to the week! I'm usually feeling a little meh about Monday starting, but I was thrilled for today to get here. I finally got to meet up with a two moms and their kids that I met online a few years ago in a mommy group; it's been such a great morning! Now on to today's blog post!

Over the past few months, I have shared several Harry Potter-inspired mini collections from LynBDesigns. Today, I have another mini collection to share with you. The Hallows Mini Collection consists of three colour shifting toppers. Let's check them out!
I really love to put toppers like this over brighter colours to give them a different dimension. I used one coat of each of these polishes over their base shades

Invisible
over Aurora Gel Effect 112
Color shifting topper that shifts from blue to green to purple and has blue glass flecks
Retail: $10

Undefeatable
over Zoya Snow White
Color shifting topper that shifts from green to gold to blue and has green glass flecks
Retail: $10

Resurrection
over Zoya Sooki
Color shifting topper that shifts from pink to purple to blue and has pink glass flecks
Retail: $10

I am so mad at my camera! The colours are much more obvious to the eye, but my camera just isn't quite sensitive enough to capture them. The formula was pretty easy to work with although it was a little thicker than I prefer for toppers. They were much easier to spread a thin coat over the base after I added a couple drops of thinner. The glass flecks add a great flash of colour, and I did have to be mindful of them so they wouldn't be stick out beyond my nail. Overall, these are a fun trio that will jazz up any nail polish base.

The Hallows Mini Collection launches on the LynBDesign etsy shop here October 9th at 7pm EST. You can also follow LynBDesigns on Facebook here for shop announcements and even more photos.

Until next time, dear readers, have a great day!
XO

    1. They all look beautiful over white, actually! I almost swatched them all over white, but I decided to add a little bit of diversity.

  4. Undefeatable is soooo pretty. I especially love it over white. I like seeing the toppers on bright bases too, though, because I always have such a hard time figuring out what I should use as a base with these shifty toppers.
